Days 22 & 19

Day 22 is called the 90/10 rule, as a quantification of “progress not perfection”. Though it also outlines strategies for navigating social and leisure situations where a lot of people lose lose sight of their goals. Mine include situations where food is free. I’m also a plate cleaner.

Day 19 discusses small steps. When I first engaged in lifestyle quality improvement in 2011, there was a website that game-ified Kaizen change principles, and I think it was very helpful for me.
