27: Meditate on God’s Word

This one is interesting because in my big Daniel’s plan book, there was a page dogeared that was on this reading. It had to do with descriptive titles for God from the Bible.

It also discusses meditation, and emptying the mind vs. filling it. Also mindful eating. These are both things that do not come easily for me. I often eat without noticing much about what I’m eating because I’m watching a show or on facebook.

I am enjoying music more, and today I put together a playlist of songs for my rowing routine. I wouldn’t really call it a workout, since I’ve been practicing form more than sweating. Something I like about rowing is that it’s not as fast paced as jogging. The mood of the music is as important as the beats, at least, so far.
